1. Permitted & Prohibited Use of Content

- Downloading official circular PDFs and public documents provided via official third parties.
✕ Strictly Prohibited Actions
- Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, or cloning article text without written consent.
- Commercial syndication, republishing, or selling listings to job seekers.
- Framing site elements or presenting modified versions of our content.
2. Platform Integrity & Conduct Rules
When engaging with our interface, comment widgets, or contact forms, you agree never to:
- Introduce malicious scripts, network probes, or denial-of-service stress vectors.
- Attempt unauthorized penetration of Firestore endpoints, routing layers, or edge services.
- Impersonate corporate recruiters, tertiary bursars, or governmental officials.
- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or abusive communications.
3. Third-Party Portals & Application Engines
CareerScope provides direct hyperlinks to government departmental career boards, corporate submission engines, and accredited educational platforms for applicant convenience.
We maintain no technical, operational, or legal control over destination domains. You acknowledge that CareerScope assumes no liability for downtime, application delivery failures, or third-party handling of your personal employment documents.
4. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Service Standard
All materials are delivered strictly "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant continuous uptime, uninterrupted connectivity, or that listings will remain active indefinitely.
Statutory Damages Cap
To the fullest extent sanctioned by law, CareerScope disclaims all liability for consequential losses, lost job opportunities, travel expenses, or secondary economic damages.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms, operating conditions, and disputes arising out of the access or use of CareerScope shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any formal legal proceedings shall be instituted in competent jurisdictional courts within South Africa.
